Hi everyone, my name is Abby, and I am very excited to be serving as the president of IDEAS for the 2025-26 school year! I am originally from Maryland, but I moved to Pennsylvania about 3 years ago when my fiancé and I purchased our first home together. We have two dogs, Apollo (German Shepherd) and Arlo (Blue Heeler), and I have a 5-year-old daughter named Skylar. I enjoy listening to true crime (mostly homicide investigations), attending rock and roll concerts, and spending time with my family. I hope to continue fostering the growth of IDEAS during my time as president by creating events that are inclusive to all STEM majors, providing resources to boost students' undergraduate experience, and aiding in the professional development of students after graduation. I want to continue to provide the safe, tight-knit, community-driven environment that our previous leadership has set in place. I am ecstatic about having the opportunity to serve all of you, and I can’t wait to kick off the 2025-26 school year!
